Go to Settings - Billing - Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. You can export your listing history before cancellation.

Selloquence accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Billing is processed securely by Stripe - your card details are never stored on Selloquence's servers.

Common causes for Etsy OAuth connection issues:

• Permissions denied: Make sure you approved all requested permissions on the Etsy authorization screen. Try reconnecting and approving all permissions.
• Session expired: The OAuth session may have timed out. Start the connection process again from your dashboard.
• Multiple Etsy accounts: Make sure you're logged into the correct Etsy account before authorizing.

AI-generated listings are a starting point, not a final product. A few tips for getting closer to your brand voice:

• Include brand voice notes in your product description prompt (e.g., "casual and friendly" or "professional and minimal")
• Edit the generated copy directly in Selloquence before copying it
• Use the regenerate option with more specific guidance about your tone
